Chief Minister of Punjab "Shahbaz Sharif" Visiting Rawalpindi on Nov 30

Chief Minister of Punjab "Shahbaz Sharif" visited one of the biggest cities in Punjab today. I was on my way to my extra evening classes at my campus. My campus is located right next to the place where event was actually taking place. Both ways of Peshawar roads were fully jammed but that didn't seem to matter to him or his workers or police. Many people, young, old, women and kids were stuck in their cars for 3 to 4 hours. I myself got late for my classes as I had to leave the van because it was stuck in the huge traffic jam.

As I left the van, I saw countless people around the political event and pedestrians who had no other choice than to walk to reach their destination. I saw two ambulances on the stuck in the traffic jam which made me unhappy. So, I too had to walk along with so many people. After 10 minutes talking I reached my class - I realized they had already begun. We couldn't study really deeply because the loudspeakers of the politics events were so loud.

Well, My classes end after 1 and a half hour and I went out and saw the same cars, people stuck in the traffic jam. I felt really bad for them. They are as important as the Chief Minister of Punjab Shahbaz Sharif. But, This doesn't really look like. All of the supporters of the party had parked their cars on the Peshawar Road, blocking the whole main road leading to Islamabad, Lahore, Peshawar, Motorway 1 and 2. People stood there like clowns and didn't tell them to not park there. I continuously had to ask myself why they are allowed to pack on the road, blocking the whole two ways of Peshawar road. How come this doesn't matter to the CM of Punjab? I am not into politics but this seems very questionable to me and I could see the disappointment on peoples' faces. We as people always have to suffer, not matter what happens. Whether it in case of electricity, gas, oil or any other issues. I had to walk 30 minutes to get home. The traffic was still jammed. I don't know why we always have to suffer due to these events

Wouldn't it not been better if CM of Punjab Mr.Shahbaz Sharif would arrange this political event far away from the main city where less and less people had to be affected and suffered. It would have been so much better for them and for we as a people. They should have arranged it in any of the sport campus or ground of Rawalpindi. It would've been so much safer and better. Politicians should really think about it. It would be such a big favor for students like me and for everyone else.
